Apple ibooks

Aside from Kindle, Nook and Kobo apps and e-readers, there are dozens of e-book apps out there, some of them claiming to have “free” books.  However, there is only one worth mentioning: Apple ibooks.  This inbuilt app on any iphone or ipad possesses a handful of free books as well as a lot of new books and bestsellers.  While books here are a tad pricier, if you don’t feel like spending money on an e-book reader and don’t feel like setting up a whole new e-book account, this could be an option for you.  You will need an apple ID registered to a credit card though.  If you don’t have the app already, simply download it from the app store.  This isn’t the only good e-book app though –you can check out Google books, (if you own an android device).  Another good app could be Scribd — it only requires an $8.99 subscription every month with a free 30 day trial.  However, I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone who favors the latest bestsellers, especially teenage ones.  Remember, if you have any suggestions on a good app, you can share it on my website blog.
